If you use the MyIchthus Christian Social Network web site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use').

6.      You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content')that you submit, post, and display on the MyIchthus Christian Social Network service.
7.      MyIchthus Christian Social Network is intended for personal use, not a business solution. Professional or corporate uses of MyIchthus Christian Social Network are at your own risk.
8.      You must not modify, adapt or hack MyIchthus Christian Social Network or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with MyIchthus Christian Social Network.
9.      You must not create or submit unwanted email to any MyIchthus Christian Social Network members ('Spam').
10.   You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11.   You must not, in the use of MyIchthus Christian Social Network, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
12.   Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of MyIchthus Christian Social Network. Use of this service is at your own risk. Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your MyIchthus Christian Social Network account. While MyIchthus Christian Social Network prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that MyIchthus Christian Social Network cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the MyIchthus Christian Social Network service at your own risk.  

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the MyIchthus Christian Social Network service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
